The chill roll is a water-cooled cylinder designed to efficiently dissipate heat from hot melt films during production processes.
These precision-engineered chill rollers are extensively used in master casting processes for biaxial oriented stretching lines (BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, BOPS, BOPI) and longitudinal stretching systems. They play a critical role in cooling and solidifying molten polymer into thin film, ensuring uniform thickness, flatness, and superior film quality.
