Jumbo Press roll refers to a nip composed of pressing rollers with a diameter exceeding 1000mm, primarily used in the production of corrugated paper, cardboard, and other heavy-weight paper products.
Compared with standard presses, the wide nip formed by large-spoke press allows extended sheet pressing time, significantly improving:
- Dehydration efficiency and capacity through two-way vertical dehydration design
- Paper quantity output
- Reduced steam consumption in dryer sections
- Enhanced paper strength and burst resistance
To counteract the substantial heat generated from high linear pressure between rollers, our design incorporates a water cooling system through the spoke body via an operation-side shaft head inlet.
