The blind hole press roll features a rubber or polyurethane coated roller surface with a hardness range of 70-90 shore.

The surface contains blind holes measuring 2mm in diameter with depths of 12-15mm. Optionally available with two rows of blind holes featuring different depths.

With an opening rate of 25-30%, the blind hole roller's eyehole volume is approximately 5 times greater than grooved rollers, enabling superior press water capacity.

The rubber or polyurethane surface coating minimizes felt wear while providing an expanded pressing area, enhancing linear pressure in the pressing zone.
