HUATAO has successfully manufactured carbon fiber rubber rollers using a unique process. By maximizing carbon fiber advantages, we produce high-speed rollers that traditional steel cores cannot achieve. Our products feature easy replacement, reliable use, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
Carbon fiber manufacturing uses carbon-containing organic fibers (nylon, acrylic) as raw materials, strongly carbonized with plastics/resins, containing 90% carbon. The material offers high axial strength, high modulus, no degeneration, excellent fatigue resistance, and small thermal expansion coefficient.
