QH-6016GK 6m Tube Length 160mm Chuck 1500W-12000W CNC Tube Laser Cutting Machine with Automatic Packing
The QH-6016GK is a CNC tube laser cutting system configured for 6m tube lengths and up to 160mm clamping capacity, built for end-preparation and profile cutting of metallic tubular workpieces.
The QH-6016GK clamps round tubes from Φ10 mm - Φ160 mm and square tubes from 10 * 10 mm - 160 * 160 mm, with a maximum supported tube length of 6m. The machine accepts fiber laser sources in the 1500W - 12000W range, covering carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy tube at wall thicknesses from 3-8mm.
An automatic packing unit is integrated at the output station, collecting and stacking finished tube sections in a controlled sequence for continuous, low-labour production runs.
Linear positioning and repositioning accuracy on both X and Y axes is held to +/-0.03mm, supporting dimensional repeatability across production batches. The control system is BOCHU and the laser source is MAX, with water cooling for stable thermal performance during long runs.

The QH-6016GK is configured around the automatic packing requirement, so tube fabrication steps that are normally handled by separate equipment or additional handling are consolidated into one machine cycle.
The 6m tube bed and 160mm chuck cover standard structural, chassis and fluid-transfer tube sizes. The 1500W - 12000W power window lets process engineers match power to material and wall thickness, from thin-wall stainless where heat input must be limited to thicker carbon steel where cut speed and pierce time dominate.
