QH-6024GZ 6m Tube Length 240mm Chuck 3000W-20000W CNC Tube Laser Cutting Machine with Zero Tailing Cutting
The QH-6024GZ is a CNC tube laser cutting system configured for 6m tube lengths and up to 240mm clamping capacity, built for end-preparation and profile cutting of metallic tubular workpieces.
The QH-6024GZ clamps round tubes from Φ10 mm - Φ240 mm and square tubes from 10 * 10 mm - 240 * 240 mm, with a maximum supported tube length of 6m. The machine accepts fiber laser sources in the 3000W - 20000W range, covering carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy tube at wall thicknesses from 5-12mm.
The zero-tailing function, combined with a removable head and cutting-head avoidance, positions a holder for the final tube section so it is cut without falling or being scrapped, maximising material utilisation on every bar.
Linear positioning and repositioning accuracy on both X and Y axes is held to +/-0.03mm, supporting dimensional repeatability across production batches. The control system is BOCHU and the laser source is MAX, with water cooling for stable thermal performance during long runs.
