QH-12024GW 12m Tube Length 240mm Chuck 3000W-20000W CNC Tube Laser Cutting Machine with Weldseam Identifying
The QH-12024GW is a CNC tube laser cutting system configured for 12m tube lengths and up to 240mm clamping capacity, built for end-preparation and profile cutting of metallic tubular workpieces.
The QH-12024GW clamps round tubes from Φ10 mm - Φ240 mm and square tubes from 10 * 10 mm - 240 * 240 mm, with a maximum supported tube length of 12m. The machine accepts fiber laser sources in the 3000W - 20000W range, covering carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy tube at wall thicknesses from 5-12mm.
A weldseam identifying sensor tracks the position of the longitudinal weld seam, so the cutting path can be referenced to the seam and scrap generated by seam misalignment is reduced.
Linear positioning and repositioning accuracy on both X and Y axes is held to +/-0.03mm, supporting dimensional repeatability across production batches. The control system is BOCHU and the laser source is MAX, with water cooling for stable thermal performance during long runs.
