QH-6024GB 6m 240mm Large Chuck Heavy Duty Tube Laser Cutting Machine with Bevel Cutting
The QH-6024GB combines a 240mm large chuck with a heavy-duty 3000W–20000W fiber laser and a bevel cutting module. It is built for fabricators who cut large-diameter, heavy-wall metal tube and need weld-ready edges straight off the machine.
Large Chuck, Heavy Duty Cutting
The 240mm chuck accepts round tubes up to Φ240mm and square tubes up to 240 × 240mm, making it suitable for heavy structural and large-diameter tube. With up to 20000W of laser power, the machine maintains speed and edge quality even on thick-wall carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum tube.
Bevel Cutting for Weld-Ready Edges
The bevel cutting module produces controlled angular cuts of up to ±45 degrees, forming V-bevels and compound bevels in the same clamping cycle as the straight cut. This removes a separate edge-preparation step and produces cleaner, tighter welds — a major advantage for heavy fabrication where joint quality is critical.
