Description

The QH 9060 is a fixed-configuration 80W single head CO2 laser engraving and cutting machine built on the 900×600mm platform. The machine is supplied as one defined specification — 900×600mm engraving area, 80W CO₂ laser tube and single laser head — so performance and quotation stay consistent from the first sample to repeat orders.

The 10.6µm CO₂ wavelength is strongly absorbed by non-metallic materials, allowing clean cutting and fine engraving of acrylic, wood, MDF, leather, paper, foam and rubber. A single head keeps one beam path and one focus lens set, which simplifies alignment, reduces consumable cost and makes operator training straightforward.

Motion is driven by Taiwan HIWIN guide rails and Leadshine stepper motors with 0.025mm resolution and ±0.01mm resetting positioning accuracy. The Ruida control system with LCD screen and USB interface accepts standard files from CorelDraw, AutoCAD. A CW3000 industrial chiller stabilises the 80W tube temperature, while the exhaust fan and air pump clear fumes and protect the optics. Pass-through doors allow processing of material longer than the 900mm bed.
