QH-6032GH 6m 320mm Chuck 12000W Heavy Duty Tube Laser Cutting Machine with Optional Water-Assisted Slag Removal

The QH-6032GH is a heavy duty tube laser cutting machine for large diameter and thick wall steel pipe. A 6 metre loading length and 320mm large bore chuck handle large structural and line pipe with minimum re-clamping, while the 12000W laser source cuts thick wall sections at stable production speed. Optional water-assisted slag removal can be specified to flush molten dross out of the tube bore, leaving the inner wall clean before welding.

Laser cutting of steel tube leaves molten dross that sticks to the inner wall of the tube and to the lower edge of the kerf. The water-assisted slag removal unit is an optional module: a controlled water flow is delivered along the tube bore and at the cut zone, quenching the molten dross and flushing it out of the tube before it can weld onto the inner surface. The result is a clean tube bore and a dross-free cut edge, so downstream welding, threading, coating and assembly need far less grinding and cleaning. Water is recovered and recirculated by the chiller circuit, so consumption stays low in continuous production.

Note: water-assisted slag removal, bevel cutting, zero tailing cutting, head removable around chuck and weldseam identification are all optional functions and can be selected independently according to the tube size, wall thickness and downstream process.
