The system employs a B/S architecture, requiring no client installation. Users can open the IE browser on any computer to log in to the control backend and manage all terminals with any operations.
When creating programs, you can freely adjust the video playback area and size, as well as the font type, size, color, and background color for Flash, PPT, and scrolling subtitles. Subtitles support horizontal scrolling (left/right/up/down). The system includes built-in digital calendar clock, weather forecast, and program template library, allowing users to design custom templates. It also features a thumbnail view for visual proof.
Supports nearly all video formats (RM, RMVB, AVI, MPEG, MPG, DAT, MOV, ASF, MTV, MKV, WMV, 3GP, AMV, DMV, DivX, etc.), audio formats (MP3, WMA, WAV, etc.), image formats (JPEG, GIF, PNG, etc.), Word/Excel documents, PDF files, RSS real-time news feeds, Flash animations, and dynamic web pages.
Add an image to apply playback effects such as blinds or fade-in/fade-out.
Supports various streaming formats including real-time live streaming, online video streaming, local DVD video streaming, and video conferencing.
The planning management feature allows you to create schedules for all programs to be broadcast, including regular schedules, insertions, and periodic schedules. Convert all programs into schedule templates, then simply send them to the terminal. You can easily modify existing schedules or replace or delete programs from the list.
You can manage the device, remotely power it on or off, and restart it using the management software. The control software allows you to remotely synchronize the time between the terminal player and the server, eliminating the need for manual time settings. You can also remotely adjust the volume level of the terminal player via the control software.
You can remotely monitor the terminal's network connection status and the currently playing video in real time, making management easier without needing to check the results on the display.
The system allows users to set the startup and shutdown times for terminals on a daily or weekly basis, as well as configure multiple scheduled cycles of automatic power cycling. This not only simplifies terminal management but also eliminates manual operation requirements, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and reducing unnecessary nighttime energy consumption.
You can set different permissions for each user and assign them management terminals with corresponding privileges.
You can create custom distribution groups based on the geographic location or business type of publishing points in practical applications. You can directly issue distribution commands to these groups when managing or distributing programs, making user management easier and more efficient even with a large number of display terminals.
The program review feature operates within a multi-level user permission structure, where superior users review programs created by subordinate users. If a program created by a subordinate user has not been reviewed by a superior user, the subordinate user cannot publish it to the terminal.
The system supports directly importing prepared programs onto storage cards for playback even under network instability. Simply place the exported program on a USB drive or other portable storage device, insert it into the player, and the player will automatically copy the required program from the drive. After completion, simply play the drive to start playback.
During program download, if the network disconnects and reconnects, the program will resume downloading immediately from the interrupted state without restarting the full download.
The powerful logging feature records whether each user's program commands have been successfully executed. The system provides logs that administrators can directly view and query, or export as Excel spreadsheets.
