Honeycomb shaped conveyor belts (also known as Great Wall shaped or horseshoe shaped conveyor belts) consist of metal rods and flat metal chain links, forming a large, flat metal surface with excellent air circulation performance. These belts are easy to clean, maintain, and operate smoothly.
The honeycomb belt is constructed of cross rods and flat metal strips with welded rings at the sides. Available in various dimensions with different pitches and material specifications, these belts can be customized with side plates or flights as needed.
