304/316/316L Stainless Steel Biscuit Baking Belt - Heat Resistant Food Grade Flat Wire Conveyor Belt
Biscuit Baking Belt, also known as Rolled Baking Band, Flat Rolled Baking Belt, or Z Belts (named for the Z shape of the flattened spirals), is a highly usable conveyor belt specifically designed for the bakery industry. This belt is engineered for baking biscuits directly on the belt in straight feed-through ovens.
The Biscuit Baking Belt features a stratified metal spiral construction with lightweight design and reduced thickness. This design provides low heat inertia, high strength, and excellent air circulation through the belt. The woven, stratified construction creates a superposition of wires with an open mesh pattern, and the edges are looped for durability.
We provide not only the right belts but also matching sprockets and other components to ensure complete system compatibility.
