Komatsu PC300-7 PC350-7 Hydraulic Control Valve Assembly 6-Section Main Valve with Auxiliary Expansion
High-performance hydraulic control valve assembly specifically engineered for Komatsu PC300-7 and PC350-7 excavators. This 6-section main valve features integrated casting construction and optional auxiliary valve expansion capabilities.
The PC300-5 main control valve is a 6-section valve cast as a single integrated unit. The design allows for expansion with 1-3 additional auxiliary valve sections connected via bolts. Internal oil passages are interconnected within a compact design that facilitates maintenance and service access.
- Neutral Position: PPC valve remains neutral, maintaining zero oil pressure on both ends of main arm spool. Spring force keeps spool centered, blocking hydraulic oil flow and keeping cylinder stationary.
- Digging Operation: Control lever movement activates PPC valve, sending oil pressure to left end of main arm spool. Pressure overcomes spring force, shifting spool right to open high-pressure oil passage to cylinder bottom chamber.
- Speed Control: Lever travel directly controls main spool displacement, regulating oil passage opening area and flow rates for precise cylinder operation speed.
