Q: What is your typical production lead time for bulk orders?
A: For standard bulk orders, the lead time is usually 25–35 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. For urgent orders, we can discuss expedited shipping options based on your required delivery date.
Q: Can you provide samples before I place a bulk order?
A: Yes, samples are available upon request. Sample costs and shipping fees apply, but we will refund the sample cost once your bulk order reaches a certain quantity.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We generally accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C, and PayPal for small amounts. Our standard terms are 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment or against the copy of B/L.
