The FD86E Series Submersible Level Transmitter uses a high-performance pressure sensor as its measuring element. Through the pressure sensor, it accurately measures the liquid static pressure that is proportional to the liquid level depth. This pressure is then converted into a standard (current, voltage, or digital) signal via a dedicated signal conditioning circuit, establishing a linear correspondence between the output signal and the liquid depth to achieve precise measurement of the liquid depth.
The product features high accuracy, a compact size, and easy operation. It can measure the liquid level height from the end of the transmitter to the liquid surface by being directly submerged in the liquid. It is suitable for water level or liquid level measurement and control in the petroleum, chemical, power plant, urban water supply, and hydrogeological exploration fields.
- The pressure guiding head adopts a fully sealed stainless steel structure. Both the sensor and the amplification circuit are enclosed in the stainless steel housing, with an IP68 protection class and fiber laser marking.
- The top stainless steel cap is detachable, which not only prevents accidental damage to the diaphragm but also facilitates regular cleaning.
