The FD3051LD Double Flange Remote Pressure Level Transmitter is a core measurement device customized for harsh working conditions of closed containers. Adopting a double flange + capillary remote transmission structure, it transmits pressure signals through filled silicone oil, avoiding direct contact between the sensor and high-temperature, corrosive, viscous, or crystalline media, and structurally solving the industry pain points of medium adhesion, blockage, and sensor corrosion. The product is compatible with various flange types including Flat Type (FFW) and Insertion Cylinder Type (EFW), with flange sizes covering DN50~DN100 and rated pressure up to PN10MPa/Class 600. Diaphragms are available in corrosion-resistant materials such as 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C, Tantalum, and Monel; some materials support FEP/PFA coating or PTFE film, resisting erosion from complex media like strong acids, strong alkalis, and sulfides.
