Product Overview

Cylindrical thick-film non-inductive high-voltage resistors are high-performance resistive elements specifically designed for high-voltage, pulse, and surge circuits. This series of resistors employs a thick-film non-inductive structure, using high-purity bauxite ceramic (Al₂O₃, purity exceeding 95%) as the substrate. The resistive film is made of a conductive paste composed of precious metals such as silver, ruthenium, and palladium, sintered at 850℃ to ensure excellent thermal conductivity and electrical stability.

The housing can be encapsulated in silicone or glass, allowing for long-term operation in air, high-pressure oil, or epoxy resin environments. The resistor leads utilize tin-plated nuts or screws, ensuring secure and reliable wiring and providing better corrosion resistance and contact stability under high-voltage conditions, making them ideal and reliable components in high-voltage equipment.
