Product Introduction

The over-temperature protected fire-resistant resin-coated wire-wound fusible resistor is a highly reliable electronic protection component that integrates a current-limiting resistor, fusible protection, a fire-resistant coating, and a safe structural design.

This resistor is encapsulated in a fire-resistant resin coating and combined with a dedicated fuse. When an overload or abnormal temperature rise occurs in the circuit, it will safely melt within 5 seconds, preventing dangerous situations such as sparks, arcs, and explosions.

Its design meets multiple international testing standards and exhibits excellent moisture resistance, surge resistance, electrical stability, and mechanical stress resistance. It is suitable for applications requiring stringent safety protection, such as consumer electronics, telecommunications equipment, power systems, and control instruments.

  • Strong Surge Resistance Compliant with IEC61000-4-5 standards, it can withstand 2kV~3kV pulse surges and a maximum DC surge current of 50A. Even under high-frequency pulse loads, the resistance change remains less than ±5%.
