Raised-hole Process:
Processed by CNC stamping equipment, the raised hole height is 0.3mm-1.5mm, the hole diameter is optional 3mm-15mm, the hole spacing is 5mm-20mm, the hole type is mainly circular, and special hole types such as square and diamond can also be customized. The raised structure forms concave-convex texture on the tread surface, which improves the anti-slip performance by more than 40% compared with flat perforated sheets, and does not affect drainage and ventilation, avoiding water accumulation and slipping risks.
