Made of 2mm thick stainless steel plate through precision perforation, with tensile strength ≥515MPa and hardness reaching HV200-HV250. It can withstand material impact during high-speed operation of the feed hammer mill, not easy to deform or break, and its service life is 3-5 times longer than ordinary carbon steel mesh.
304/316 stainless steel meets food contact standards, odorless, no harmful substances precipitated. It is suitable for processing various feed raw materials such as corn, soybean meal, straw, etc., and can resist corrosion from moisture, acid and alkali components in feed. The smooth surface is not easy to retain materials, and daily flushing can keep it clean, meeting the hygiene requirements of feed processing.
