Perforated Metal Sheet Basic Attributes:
Yellow cross hole perforated sheet is processed by high-precision CNC punching equipment. The cross hole adopts mature fixed mould punching, neat hole edge without burr, uniform hole spacing and smooth plate surface. After surface pretreatment including degreasing and rust removal, the panel is covered with dense yellow powder coating by electrostatic spraying. The coating has strong adhesion, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation and outdoor weather-resistant performance, not easy to peel or fade under long-term sunlight and rain exposure.
Except for conventional cross hole products in stock, our factory can open new moulds to produce all kinds of special irregular holes according to customers’ drawings or samples. The finished plate supports cutting, bending, welding and other secondary deep processing, which can meet personalized decorative and functional needs of different projects.
