Product Introduction:
1.5mm mild carbon steel round hole perforated sheet is manufactured from high-quality Q195/Q235 low carbon steel coil via full-automatic CNC punching production line. Advanced numerical control punching ensures neat round holes, uniform hole spacing, smooth inner hole wall without burr, flat and stable whole panel.
Raw black finish without surface treatment is low cost for inner structural usage; hot-dip galvanized treatment forms compact zinc coating to block moisture and oxygen, greatly improving rust resistance for outdoor working environment; optional powder spraying in black, white, gray, green for decorative projects.
1.5mm thickness balances structural hardness and bending performance, convenient for cutting, bending, stamping, welding and other secondary processing. We keep regular specifications in stock for fast delivery, meanwhile custom hole diameter, hole pitch and blank dimension are acceptable according to customer drawings.
