Our 2mm & 3mm hole aluminum perforated sheet is a high-quality lightweight punching panel made of 1050, 3003 or 5052 aluminum alloy. With precise 2mm or 3mm round holes and uniform pitch, it features low density (1/3 weight of stainless steel), excellent corrosion resistance, and good thermal/electrical conductivity. CNC punching ensures burr-free edges and consistent hole geometry, while the smooth surface allows for easy anodizing or powder coating.
