Introduction to Stainless Steel Perforated Cylinder:
Our stainless steel perforated cylinder is a dedicated inner support skeleton core for all kinds of filter cartridges, manufactured from premium 304 or 316L stainless steel. This cylindrical perforated tube adopts precision CNC punching and seamless argon arc welding molding, with evenly distributed round holes on the pipe wall, which provides reliable mechanical support for filter media such as filter cloth, filter paper and melt-blown material.
The perforated structure balances high permeability and structural rigidity, allowing liquid and gas to pass through smoothly while preventing the filter layer from collapsing under fluid pressure. Stainless steel material brings excellent acid, alkali and rust resistance, suitable for long-term operation in water treatment, oil purification, chemical fluid separation and gas dust removal environments. We support fully customized outer diameter, wall thickness, hole size, cylinder length and end connection structure according to filter cartridge drawings, and a variety of conventional sizes are kept in large stock for fast delivery of mass filter manufacturers.
