Product Detailed Introduction:
This heavy-duty perforated stainless steel drain cover is professionally manufactured for municipal drainage, commercial site and marine drainage projects, supplied in two mainstream grades: standard 304 stainless steel and upgraded 316L molybdenum-containing anti-corrosion stainless steel. Adopting integrated CNC punching, edge folding and reinforced welding process, the perforated trench cover features uniform drainage holes, integral load-bearing structure, flat surface and no sharp burrs. Comply with EU EN1433 drainage load standard, CE, RoHS and factory ISO9001 quality certification. Production Process & Surface Treatment:
English: Adopt hot-rolled stainless steel coil raw material, imported CNC punching machine one-piece perforation, four-side bending reinforcement, bottom reinforcing rib welding for heavy load type. Standard surface finish: mill original polished finish, brushed anti-scratch finish, electropolishing bright finish. All edges pass deburring passivation treatment to prevent hand scratching and concrete scratching during installation. The whole plate has uniform hole opening rate, no hole offset, no plate deformation, strong pressure resistance. Custom anti-slip embossing process is available for pedestrian heavy-flow areas. All production procedures follow international drainage metal processing standards, stable size tolerance, easy on-site cutting and assembly.
