Product Overview:
Our thin galvanized micro perforated plate is a dedicated metal support sheet for air purifier primary filter screens. It adopts thin cold rolled steel base with full electro-galvanized anti-rust coating, ultra-fine uniform micro round holes are continuously punched by high precision CNC punching machine.
The thin lightweight design reduces the overall weight of air filter components, while dense micro holes can intercept large particles, hair, lint and coarse dust before entering the fine filter layer, effectively prolong the service life of HEPA filter elements. All hole edges are fully deburred without sharp burrs, which will not scratch filter cotton and filter paper during assembly.
Standard thin thickness 0.6mm & 0.8mm, micro hole diameter 1.0–3mm are kept in large stock. We support custom hole size, sheet thickness, cutting size and edge wrapping processing. Widely matched with household desktop air purifiers, industrial air cleaning equipment, fresh air system pre-filter panels.
