Production Process:
Production flow: metal coil incoming inspection → surface leveling → continuous CNC punching → deburring treatment → galvanizing /polishing treatment → fixed-length slitting → finished coil inspection → waterproof wrapping → bundled on fumigated wooden pallets for sea transportation. Professional QC inspectors supervise each procedure to guarantee qualified products.
