Production Process:
- Aluminum alloy coil blanking: Cut anti-rust aluminum coil into flat blanks according to equipment vent drawing sizes.
- CNC staggered round hole continuous punching: Precision mold punches uniform ventilation round holes.
- Roller leveling & full deburring: Remove sheet warpage, polish all hole edges to eliminate sharp metal burrs.
- Surface cleaning treatment: Degrease and clean the surface to remove oil stains for equipment assembly.
- Custom deep processing: Cut, bend, weld frames and punch installation holes matching machinery cabinet dimensions.
- Flatness & ventilation inspection: Check hole uniformity and surface smoothness, qualified panels classified into stock area.

Aluminum sheet incoming inspection → leveling stress relief treatment → CNC mixed-diameter round hole punching → double-sided deburring polishing → cleaning & dedusting → customized spraying (optional) → fixed-size cutting → finished product inspection → protective film covering → kraft paper wrapping → fixed on fumigated wooden pallets for sea transportation.
