The punching and bending are finished in our factory with one-stop fabrication service. We strictly control the bending process to avoid cracking or deformation on the perforated area. Additional services such as cutting, edge trimming and polishing are available. All products will pass strict quality inspection before packing. Export wooden pallet packaging is used to protect goods during long ocean shipment. Small trial orders and large bulk orders are both acceptable.

Production Process:
Confirm customer requirements on stainless steel grade, hole size, sheet thickness, overall dimensions and bending drawing. Inspect incoming stainless steel plates or coils. Carry out CNC punching to make regular round holes. Flatten and deburr the perforated sheet. Perform precision bending operation according to specified angles. Conduct quality check for hole accuracy, bending dimension and surface condition. Qualified goods are stacked and packed on export wooden pallets for shipment.
