• Pre-cut HTV: Order pre-cut numbers and designs in preferred size, color, and font specifications
• DIY Cutting: Use Cricut or Silhouette cutting machines to create custom designs from HTV sheets

• Remove carrier sheet and carefully peel away excess vinyl using tweezers
• Ensure clean edges and precise design outlines

• Place designs shiny side up on clothing surface
• Secure with heat-resistant tape to prevent wrinkles and movement

• Set heat press temperature to 320-330°F (140°C)
• Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds to eliminate moisture and wrinkles

• Cover design with Teflon sheet for protection
• Apply pressure for 10-15 seconds at 3-4kg pressure
• For stretchy fabrics: Use lower temperature (300°F) with pulse-press technique

• Allow clothing to cool for 10-15 seconds
• Slowly peel carrier sheet at 180° angle
• If vinyl lifts: Re-press for 5 seconds and allow complete cooling before retrying

• Gently stretch fabric to verify proper adhesion and durability
• Ensure numbers and designs remain securely attached during movement
