Our double-twisted hexagonal steel mesh gabion baskets (3.5-5.0mm wire) feature enhanced hot-dip galvanization (300g/m² coating) for extreme hydraulic conditions. The reinforced corner braces and cross-partitions make them ideal for port protection, riverbed scouring prevention, and irrigation canal reinforcement.
ISO 1461-compliant and CE-certified for EU water infrastructure projects, these baskets are designed to integrate with concrete foundations in high-velocity zones. Typically filled with graded basalt/granite (150-250mm), they stabilize critical junctions in estuarine and high-sediment environments.
