Bulk Welded Gabion Supplies: Affordable Garden Stone Cages with Free Design Support
Our welded stone cages are constructed from high-tensile steel wire (2.0mm to 4.0mm diameter) with dual protection:
- Hot-dip galvanizing: 220-300g/m² zinc coating for saltwater/acid rain resistance (ASTM A641 compliant).
- PVC-coated option: 0.5mm-thick polymer layer in green/grey/black, ideal for UV-heavy climates.
The hexagonal or square welded grid (50x50mm to 150x150mm) prevents stone spillage while allowing natural drainage. Reinforced edges with 10% thicker wire at joints ensure load-bearing capacity up to 35kN/m².
