Our gabion mattresses feature double-twisted hexagonal steel mesh (2.7-3.4mm wire diameter) with heavy galvanization for hydraulic applications. The flat, flexible units (standard 2m×1m×0.3m) with 80×100mm mesh are designed for riverbank stabilization, channel lining and coastal revetments. The permeable structure allows water flow while preventing erosion. Internal diaphragms provide stability in flowing water conditions. Custom thicknesses (150-500mm) available to meet specific project requirements in various water environments.
