Copper wire woven fabric, also known as red copper mesh, is made from 99.99% pure copper. Available in aperture sizes ranging from 2 to 300 meshes to accommodate various requirements. In addition to pure copper woven wire mesh, we also offer copper alloy variants including brass wire mesh and phosphor bronze wire mesh.
Copper wire woven fabric features non-magnetic properties, making it ideal for use as shielding screen mesh in circuits, laboratories, and computer rooms. It also offers excellent wear resistance and sound insulation performance.
Due to copper's superior conductivity, this wire mesh is commonly used in Radio Frequency Interference Shielding, Grounding Grids, and Lighting Arrestor Elements. However, applications may be limited by its relatively low tensile strength, poor abrasion resistance, and vulnerability to common acids.
With a chemical composition of 99.9% copper, this material is soft and malleable. Available in various mesh counts to produce specific opening sizes tailored to industrial requirements.
