Micro Hole Perforated copper refers to hole sizes smaller than 1.0 mm. Our CNC Punching machine can produce holes as small as 0.4 mm & 0.5 mm. Etching Micro Hole Perforated Metal Mesh can achieve 0.2 mm and smaller, while drilling perforated copper creates holes smaller than the material thickness.
Our Micro Hole Perforated Metal is made from 0.1-1.0 mm copper sheet, brass sheet, and other metal plates. These specialized perforated metals differ from standard perforated materials as the hole size cannot exceed the material thickness, with hole diameter typically matching thickness (known as holes-as-thickness).
