Monel wire mesh is a nickel-copper alloy offering exceptional versatility with over 60% nickel content that provides superior resistance to various corrosive conditions, including seawater, acidic, and alkaline environments.
Compared to standard stainless steel wire mesh, Monel wire mesh features a high melting point of 1300°F to 1350°F and greater strength than unalloyed nickel. These properties make it ideal for high-temperature vessels and petroleum applications.
