Titanium electrodes for water treatment are primarily used in electrochemical methods, providing an efficient solution for complete elimination of organic pollutants and wastewater remediation. These dimensionally stable anodes represent a significant technological advancement in electrochemistry.
MMO (Mixed Metal Oxide) electrodes, known as Dimensionally Stable Anodes, consist of commercially pure titanium substrates with an applied electrocatalytic layer through thermal decomposition. The electrocatalytic layers contain noble and valve metal oxides (RuO2, IrO2, Ta2O5, Platinum, or PtO2) selected based on electrolyte conditions.
These titanium MMO electrodes offer exceptional stability, high conductivity, and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for electrochemical water treatment applications including chlorine production, sodium chlorate, and sodium hypochlorite generation.

Micro expanded mesh is manufactured from light gauge metals and foils with excellent ductility. The material undergoes precision slitting and expanding to create specific weight and dimensional requirements.
