Drying Process
Variable Pressure Drying Method
1. Preheat Stage
Low vacuum conditions with saturated vapor for uniform heating; intermittent vacuum to prevent condensation.
2. Dehydration Stage
Cycles of vacuum application and valve closure with heat supplementation to reach target temperature.
3. Final Drying Stage
High vacuum conditions to extract residual moisture until final quality check.
4. End Check
Measurement of vapor pressure rise rate with automatic shutdown when parameters are qualified.
