Features:

3. To drill the pin, you need to make sure to do it from the correct side. Make sure to do this from left to right (viewed from the front of the scooter, not from the steering wheel side). Put down the scooter and put something sturdy under the folding mechanism. Watch out for the cables! Push them away before each punch or you'll break them.
4. Apply lubricant, oil or WD40 to the spindle and leave it for a while. Some customers prefer to use hot air instead of slightly heating saliva.
5. Use the 4mm punch and hit it hard a few times. Pay attention to the cable again.
6. Take a new lock and replace it with the same screws.
7. Turn the scooter upside down because the pin needs to be inserted on the other side (right to left when viewed from the front of the scooter).
8. Be sure to follow the pin. Put the spindle inside and reapply the punching tool. He should be easy to get in. Hit it until it is aligned on both sides.
9. Re-adjust your shaft lock/bolt to ensure the new lock is properly bent. Don't over-tighten it, but don't let it get too loose either (as long as there is enough resistance and there is no clearance in the rod/hinge).
