High Bulk Density Sodium Disilicate
Our sodium disilicate is a non-toxic, non-flammable hydrated compound that is completely soluble in water. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art granulation plant, we maintain careful control over composition parameters including ratio, hydration, and particle size to ensure consistent, stable product quality.
This versatile product demonstrates excellent buffering capacity, effective corrosion inhibition, and superior bleach stabilizing and binding properties. Produced from sand and soda, it is recognized as environmentally safe and is particularly suitable for dry-mix applications and formulations where minimal water content is desired.
Our hydrated sodium disilicate contains both silica and alkalinity in a 2:1 molar ratio of silica to sodium oxide. The hydration process incorporates 18% water content, which significantly enhances solubility. Our powder range has been specifically developed to meet diverse requirements for solution rates and reactivity.
