The counterweight consists of the vehicle body counterweight and the turntable counterweight.

The vehicle body counterweight is 30t in total. The vehicle body counterweight can be self-assembled and disassembled by a mast crane. The vehicle body counterweight is installed in front and behind the crawler frame. Its composition is as follows: vehicle body counterweight 2×15t.

The turntable counterweight provides three options: 85t, 75t, and 65t. In order to meet different lifting requirements, the design provides independent performance tables for each graded counterweight, which makes the customer's working conditions more practical, economical, convenient, and fast.

The turntable counterweight is installed at the rear of the turntable. The optional turntable counterweight composition is as follows:

• Turntable counterweight 85t: counterweight tray 1×15t, turntable counterweight block 14×5t
• Turntable counterweight 75t: counterweight tray 1×15t, turntable counterweight block 12×5t

This crane widely uses mechanical, electronic and hydraulic safety and alarm devices to ensure the safe use of the machine. The safety devices include:

You can switch between installation mode and working mode. In installation mode, the overwinding prevention device, boom limiter, torque limiter, etc. are not functional, which is convenient for crane installation. In working mode, all safety devices are functional.

With emergency stop function, all actions can be stopped quickly in an emergency.

The handle has an anti-misoperation function. A safety protection switch is set on the front side of the handle. When this switch is not pressed, all action signals are shielded and the handle does not work to prevent misoperation.

The overwinding device is set at the boom head to prevent the wire rope from overwinding. When the hoist reaches a certain height, the overwinding indicator light on the display will light up and the hoisting action will stop automatically.

The lifting mechanism is equipped with a three-turn protector to prevent the drum from over-releasing when releasing the rope. When there are only three turns of the hoisting wire rope left, the over-releasing indicator light on the display will light up and the lowering action will stop automatically.
