A1: We process full-sized boards into custom components. You can specify any geometry, and we will precision-cut it to your design. -
Q2: What is the level of customizability after purchase?
A2: The panels are highly workable. They can be shaped with a pusher knife or art knife, with edges finished using a chamferer for a professional DIY result. -
Q3: What installation method optimizes acoustic performance?
A3: Acoustic performance is enhanced with a batten-fixed installation. For a flush, decorative appearance, direct fixing with screws through an acoustic felt backing provides a good alternative with measurable sound insulation. -
Q4: What are the substrate requirements for installation?
A4: Installation is substrate-agnostic. Suitable surfaces include masonry, concrete, and gypsum board, enabling application on vertical walls, overhead ceilings, and other interior surfaces. -
Q5: What is your sample policy?
A5: We provide existing samples from inventory at no cost. For newly fabricated samples, a fee equivalent to three times the unit price is applied, which is later deducted from the initial bulk order invoice.
