Q2: Can you match the exact color and finish of our existing panels?
A2: With a physical sample from the existing product, we can perform a color match analysis. Achieving a near-perfect match is highly likely, subject to the limitations of different material bases. This service requires a custom sample fee and a project MOQ.

Q3: What is a realistic timeline for the first sample and first production order when switching?
A3: Allow 2-3 weeks for the color matching and sample approval process. Once the custom sample is approved, the first production order will follow the standard 7-14 day lead time.

Q4: How do you ensure consistency for a long-running project previously supplied by another vendor?
A4: We will create a master specification sheet for your matched product and store the approved physical sample. All future orders will be referenced against this standard to ensure continuity.

Q5: Does your standard 1-year warranty apply to this matched product?
A5: Yes, all products we manufacture, including color-matched items, are covered by our standard 1-year warranty against defects.
