A1: We can ship all goods to a central warehouse in the destination country under one bill of lading. It is then the client’s or their local partner’s responsibility to handle the final distribution to individual sites.

Q2: What is the lead time flexibility for a project with a 6-month construction schedule?
A2: We can schedule production to match your on-site timeline. After depositing to secure your slot, we can set a firm production start date for weeks or months in the future, ensuring delivery aligns with when you are ready to install.

Q3: Can you pre-label each panel box with its intended installation location?
A3: Yes, this is a common service for large projects. We require a clear spreadsheet mapping carton numbers to location codes (e.g., Room 101, Panel A1). This service helps streamline the on-site handling process.

Q4: Is the MOQ applied to each phase of a multi-phase project, or to the total?
A4: The MOQ of 70 panels or 200 sqm typically applies to each individual purchase order and shipment. However, for a master project agreement, we can sometimes structure it so the total commitment across phases meets the volume requirements.

Q5: What happens if my construction project is delayed and I need to postpone a scheduled shipment?
A5: We require as much notice as possible. We can often reschedule within our production calendar. If goods are already produced, storage fees may apply after a grace period (usually 30 days).
