A1: For a typical order, production takes 7-14 days. However, larger volumes may require slightly more time; we will provide a confirmed schedule upon order.
Q2: Can I have my company logo printed on the panels?
A2: Yes, we offer custom logo printing for orders meeting the MOQ. Additional setup fees may apply.
Q3: What are your payment terms for first-time international buyers?
A3: We generally require 100% T/T in advance for new customers. After establishing a relationship, other terms may be discussed.
Q4: Do you provide installation hardware with the panels?
A4: Installation hardware is not included by default, but we can supply recommended fasteners upon request at an additional cost.
Q5: What should I do if I receive damaged panels?
A5: Please contact us immediately with photos. Under our 1-year warranty, we will replace any defective panels.
