Product Introduction

The XHD1000L Fully Automatic Plastic Blow Molding Machine comes in two separate versions: the single-screw type (XHD1000FZ single screw) and the twin-screw type (XHD1000FZ double screw). This machine is specially developed for the float manufacturing process, using HDPE and HMW-HDPE as its main raw materials. It supports fully automatic operation, higher production capacity, and efficient material utilization. Equipped with CE and SGS certifications, the machine includes free on-site installation, commissioning and professional operation training. It also provides a 12-month comprehensive warranty for the whole machine and supporting molds.
