This Multi‑Functional Public & Sanitary Building is a specialized modular auxiliary building integrating public toilet, shower room, washroom and duty room. It features professional waterproof design, complete sanitary facilities, fireproof structure and convenient use, providing hygienic, convenient and reliable supporting facilities for construction camps, large temporary sites, public areas and field projects.

This auxiliary building adopts Q235 galvanized square tube column frame with powder coating, firm and durable. Roof and wall use Q235 galvanized C‑section purlins with L40*3 cross bracing and M16 chemical anchor bolts for stable structure. 50/75/100mm rockwool sandwich panels ensure high fireproof grade. As a sanitary building, wet areas adopt full ceramic tiles and calcium silicate board ceiling for waterproof, moisture‑proof and easy cleaning; dry areas use gypsum ceiling and vinyl floor leather. Equipped with insulated steel door and PVC double‑glazed window with screen and blind. Pre‑installed electrical system includes LED lights, waterproof sockets, switches and distribution cabinet with leakage protection. Complete plumbing system has multiple toilets, washbasins, showers and water pipes, professional for public sanitary use. The whole building is waterproof, leakproof, deodorant and easy to maintain.
