A VA LCD (Vertical Alignment Liquid Crystal Display) is a type of LCD technology where liquid crystals are naturally aligned vertically to the glass substrate when no voltage is applied. This alignment blocks light from passing through, creating deep black levels. When a voltage is applied, the crystals tilt, allowing light to pass through and create the desired image.
