A: First verify if the electronic gear ratio is set correctly. Then check if the encoder cable is loose. Perform a load inertia identification if necessary.
Q: How to reset an encoder error?
A: Power off the device, re-plug the encoder connector, and ensure stable power supply. A power cycle fixes most cases.
Q: The drive triggers an overload alarm suddenly during operation. What to check?
A: First inspect if there's any mechanical jamming. Then check if the cooling vents are blocked. Make sure the load inertia does not exceed 30 times that of the motor.
Q: Can't connect to the controller via communication. How to troubleshoot?
